Human, virtual prisoner? (El ser humano, ¿Un prisionero virtual?)

Today I am gonna copy an article about the effects of new techonolgies nowadays. It's an spanish article writted by Julia Bueno, Laia Pedrerol, Jessica Villcaña and me.

Lapland is the largest, most genuine experience park in Finland. Its unique nature, diverse activities and fascinating attractions offer unique holiday experiences during the year. Experience the moments of twilight in mid-winter, northern lights, autumn colours and the midnight sun that shines day and night.

Finnish Lapland is immense. The fells begin to rise around you in every direction, you will find serenity unlike anywhere else on earth.

In Finnish folklore, an element of mystery is associated with Laplan. The country’s northernmost province. Experience the spirituality of Lapland and you will never be the same.

The largest ski resorts are all found in the fells of Lapland with a skiing season lasting as long as six months .

The summer in Lapland is short but the summer days are long. In the northernmost part the Midnight Sun stays up for more than 70 consecutive days.

Also, in Lapland you cand find Santa Claus's Village. It is a really nice place to visit, and to take some photos.

I have been in Lapland last week, and I think that it is amazing, It is a awesome place to visit and to share experiences.

Then I visited Santa Claus's Village, which I really liked it, and my friends and I could take a photo with him(Santa Claus).
One of the night, we went to the top of the mountain. I don't have words to expalin that wonderful starry sky and all the snowy landscape.

Another day, we went to visit the reeinders, it wasn't a really good activity, but it wasn't bad, because thereafter, we could eat reindeer meat in a mountain cottage.

The last activity that we did was in Artic Ocean, in Norway. it was an amazing activity because I think that one it is once in life, so, We swan in the artic ocean, in a really cold water. Definetly, it was a really exciting experience to me.

THE LAST TWO WEEKS ROUTINE

Hi People, sorry for my delay, but these last two weeks I haven't stopped. I had to do a lot of things.

First of all, I had to do my final project of Spain. So, I had to spend too time, because we were quite late. Today my mates are gonna do a presentation about that one, and I hope that it will be good.
On the other hand, my friends and I have had a lot of works in our university of Jyväskylä. We were a little bit stressed, and We have worked hard.

Also, I went to do some sports with a friend because it is need to be relaxed and to disconnect about the routine. I practised Zumba and I did some excercises in Gym. It's amazing and quite important to practise sports for me, as then when I finish them, I feeling really good.

Furthermore of all that I did, I have more things, because we have just three weeks to finish the term. And tomorrow we are going to Lapland. I am so excited about it, and I really want to have fun and to enjoy this trip.

STAY IN FAR

Today is a reflexion day.

Sometimes when you are away of your home, you feeling alone, other times, you need your family affection. Maybe you become sad, but NO!! you can't decay, you have to be strong, you should to be happy and you should always smiling.

The life is putting you proof, and you have to overcome all obstacles that life put you, from here, you will learn that there are a lot of good things around you, and there are worst things in the world that what it happens to you.

You can do a lot of things to disconnect, such as to make a bonfire, to practise sports, or maybe you can lie in your bed to being relax.

So, when you become sad, or maybe you feeling alone, you have to think that there are a lot of people who love you, and they will be always with you. Otherwise, you should think that you can with all, and nothing it will be imposible for you.

CRUISE AND STOCKHOLM REPORT

This week I've been in Stockholm. It is a really nice place to visit. I went by boat, and I celebrated halloween's party, with thousand of students. The boat is like a little city, there were supermarkets, some restaurants and bars, and night's clubs. And it had a lot of cabines too.
First night, we had dinner in a boat buffet, we ate a lot of food. There were some typical international food, and it was really nice. Also, we drank as much as we wanted. Then, we went to the night club (on the boat), but it was a problem, the boat was moving so much and I was bad, because I I got dizzy, so I went to sleep early. Fortunately, the second night it was really good, the boat was quiet, and we enjoyed our night.

On the other hand, my day in Stockholm was nice. I visited some places, and all of that I really liked it. Stockholm is the capital of Scandinavia and it is one of the most beautiful city in the world. Stockholm is built on 14 islands connected by 57 bridges.  It has the beautiful buildings, the landscape's greenery, the fresh air and the proximity to water characterize this big city. Moreover here is the first urban national park in the world, Ekoparken,it is situated in parts of Stockholm, Solna and Lidingö municipalities. The National Urban Park was founded 1995. Ekoparken offers a unique mixture of nature and culture. Because it´s located right in the middle of the city it´s important for recreation of thousands of city residents.

Otherwise, Stockholm has a rich cultural life offers a wide variety of museums and some interest tourist points. There are a lot of high chances that you achieve experience many things in a short time. Feel the life in the big city, the cultural history and nature, all in the course of one day. It could be a good experience for you.

Therefore, You can visit a lot of places, as the City of Stockholm. Climb its tower (Stadshustornet) and enjoy the fantastic views of the city. you don't miss the oldest in town, Gamla Stan, one of the best preserved medieval city centers in the world. You have to walk by streets which have stores full of handicrafts, antiques, art galleries and cafes. In Gamla Stan also include Royal Palace and the Cathedral (Storkyrkan).

In conclusion, Stockholm have been better than I thougt. It is awesome to visit and for enjoy a weekend, even more than that. So if anyone of you haven't visited yet, I advise you do soon.

Cheers,
Meritxell.

AUTUMN HOLIDAYS

University students have one holidays week on October, called Autumn Holidays. It happens between 12 and 20 of October.
In this holidays you can do differents things. One of them is to do a trip. Some students are going to go at Sant Petersburg by boat, it is a good turistic trip, and so excting too. An other activitie to do, is some events which happen in Jyväskylä, like to make a berbecue, to go at night pub. Also you can go to the sauna, or to do a tour in a jyväskylä forest.
Otherwise, I think that you can use to do your homework or your laborious works, because you have a lot of free time, and then you'll appreciate.
In my case, my boyfriend has been to see me. We did some things together and with my friends too, as to go at restaurant, go to the lake, go to see Ice hockey match; and in the nights, we went to some parties and we organized some events in our apartments (as international dinner, some card games...).

Also, in this week, it was snowing. It was amazing for us,snow in October, because in Spain thats things don't happening. Furthermore a curious thing, it has only snowed one day, and even after one week, the snow is continuing here.

That's all about my experience in Jyväskylä's autumn holidays,
Meri.

Jyväskylä events

There are some events in jyväskylä, overcoat for students. I think that these events are very interetings, but almost always you have to pay for everything and it is so expensive. Usually, university students organised some activities in some pub (at the night), it is nice and you have a good time with your friends. Inside it, you can dance, to know new people or playing biliards too.

On the other hand, there are a parties in our apartments, in my opinion, these are the best parties, because you know a lot of people, you can speak with everybody, and it is cheapest too.

One of the best event, it was one in Roninmaki, "M building party". There were a lot of people, who wanted to enjoy and to meet new people. That party is once a month, and everybody like it.

Moreover, there are a diferents events, like to do a trip. Some examples are, to go to Lapland, that´s a good trip and so interesting to me, because you can do a lot of activities in the snow and to visit Santa Clau's Village. Other example, is cruising to Estocolm in Halloween's party. I am very motivated to do a lot of events, and to improve my english with people from different countries.
